I have always been a geek and "jack of all trades" but I think I've learned to master a few. I love the art of science - left brain PLUS right brain. It combines the intangibles — a person's drive, loves, ambitions, dreams and motivations — with the tangible stuff — technology, research, numbers and analytics. You see it in beautiful architecture, in food, or automobiles... It's everywhere, including digital strategy. Putting all of this "stuff" together to understand my customer, how to talk to them and where and when to say it... that's my nirvana.
